Another day in Prague.
I don't know if this is morbid, but I wish the butchers in Australia looked more like the top photo. There seems to be something nice about taking your bird home to eat still looking colourful, doing all the work yourself- rather than getting it pink and wrapped in clingfilm? This is coming from a Vegetarian's point of view however.
